  Curtis and his team assisted us in our recent transaction while purchasing our home. What I enjoyed the most from working with Curtis was his clear and open communication. Curtis was clear when presenting us with all of the information necessary to make decisions that best suited our family. He provided us with frequent updates and communicated with us every step of the way. He made the process as smooth as can be.He was highly professional and friendly. I can't recommend Curtis enough.

  Curtis and his team provided phenomenal service. We needed to move quickly on the pre-qual stage, and they made it happen. Throughout the process they were very communicative, sending at least weekly checklists and status updates, and often more frequent. They worked hard to get us a lower rate than we initially qualified for and were always available to answer my many questions. Highly recommend!

  I’m too busy to stay organized and thanks to Curtis and his team I don’t have to. All I had to do was turn over some documents and wait till closing. If they needed something they let me know and gracefully reminded me when I forgot. And if they didn’t need something I still got frequent updates letting me know the progress (think Dominos pizza tracker for your loan).

  Alex and I met Curtis when we initially set out to buy our first home together. Unfortunately, because we were a bit impatient and decided to go with our builder's lender, we didn't get to work with Curtis. Fast forward a year after we moved into our home, Curtis emailed us asking how things were going. Well, 2020 happened and we were ready to look into re-financing. We knew we had a ridiculously high interest rate and a high mortgage payment, but what we didn't know was that our current mortgage company screwed up our escrow and we would have been in some deep trouble come January if we didn't refinance. Our situation is unique, with being self-employed and also working in the service industry, but that never stopped Curtis and his team from finding a way to get us what we needed. And they did just that, got us a much lower interest rate, fixed our escrow and our payment even went down. He and his team's communication is remarkable and they work day and night to get the job done. We are so grateful for Curtis and his team for helping us get our house refinanced!!

  Curtis is not only a mortgage lender, he invests everything he has to get you to closing. He is understanding, funny, and beyond professional. He responds night and day and when you need a pre-approval letter for the 5th time he never gets annoyed. He does not treat you like just another customer he treats you like family. As much as I am glad to be in our new home, I miss chatting with him. The process was documented and I was updated in text messages about where we were at, his team goes above and beyond to respond and answer questions quickly.
