  This was a truly fantastic experience. Curran knew the process inside and out. He knew the next steps that were going to happen and prepared us for the next step so that there were no surprises. Not only dose he have the ability to shop around for mortgage companies to get the best rates but he also knows those company’s themselves so that he can set you up to best serve your needs. At first we were skeptical but he did indeed beat our banks rates hands down. Curran’s customer service was phenomenal. He answered text or would call right back with in minutes on weekends or late at night. I would definitely recommend checking out what Curran can do for you.

  Curran assisted me with a refinance that was extremely beneficial for me! He was referred by a friend's brother-in-law, so I did not know Curran prior to working with him (meaning this is a genuine review). He was super responsive and timely in getting things taken care of. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to get the best rates of the other lenders that i checked with!!   Highly recommend! I was using another Lender, and when time came to lock the rate or not, Curran said he would wait, the other company said lock, so we locked. 2 weeks later, I reached out to Curran to see the rates, and they had dropped more than .15%, I was able to use that as leverage to get my lender to lower the interest rate. The house ended up falling through anyways, so when we started with the next house, I went straight to Curran. As first time home-buyers, we appreciated how willing he was to teach us. He spent probably 4+ hours with us, telling us how this whole thing works, and where our money is going. When it came to game-time, he advised us to float instead of locking, we trusted him every step of the way, and we locked at .32% lower interest rate than when we started the closing process. Curran single handedly saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Highly Recommend!
