  Make sure you will never have to switch policies or cancel a plan with this guy. If you need to make a change or cancel he will ignore you so you have to call State Farm's corporate line to get it taken care of. HIGHLY discourage anyone considering this hack job.

  The representative Joy had incorrectly put my policy in. I had requested roadside assistance and requested for her to check to make sure it was on the policy. She had told me yes that she had double checked. I had a flat tire on the road and come to find out I did NOT have roadside assistance. I had to pay an additional $100. On two separate occasions my policy was incorrect. I have had state farm for years and my other agent never gave me any problems. It was when I moved and decided to go with this agent that I began to have inconsistencies. She is not knowledgeable in her field and has poor customer service skills. Also, when I was switching to another agent she had called my family members to discuss why I haven't participated in paying for my insurance after she was informed that my business was going to a different agent.

  Thanks to Erin at the Chris cutler office I have been able to save over $800 a yr on insurance. I also want to add that thanks to her I have stayed with State Farm even when I was offered what I thought would be better insurance. I called her and said I was thinking of changing insurance and told her why, she let me explain without interrupting me and then explained the reason why the deal was to good to be true. So thanks to her listening, answers any of my calls or getting back to if she was busy at that time and always going above and beyond what I would think a agent would do , is the reason why I will stay with State Farm. I believe she should have her own office so that she can help mode new agents into the type of agents that we trust in and do business with. Thanks Erin for all you do for me, my family and everyone else. If you are looking for agent that will go above and beyond read the review and look no further.

  Chris is an amazing employee!! I am a young adult who was looking for car insurance, and his patience and attitude towards me exceeded my expectations. He made it personable, and instead of making the sign up experience boring it was a great conversation and the service was fast! He gave me the best possible options and I couldn’t be happier.

  Hands down Erin Strunk is the BEST insurance agent anyone could ask for. She always answers my calls and any inquiries I have about my policies. Just a shame this only has 5 stars. 12/10 would recommend!

  I have received very professional and personal service from everyone at Chris Cutler’s office but Erin always goes above and beyond with helping me with our insurance. I wish more businesses and individuals were like this. The birthday card and phone call were so thoughtful. I do as much businesses with them as I can and look forward our continued relationship.

  My rates went up with 3 months left on my auto policy due to "excessive mileage"-34,938 on a 2015 vehicle. (6,987.6 average miles a year). I have no tickets or claims on my insurance and have not since for 30+ years. If I wanted to take 10% off this added expense, I would have to install their "Drive Safe & Save" beacon to my car. I refuse to allow people to monitor where and I go and when. My good record speaks for itself. I had to research myself to see that insurance companies feel mileage over 7,500 annually is high. Chris would not answer my question about why 34,938 was considered excessive mileage. I am still under their limits. I left Chris Cutler.

  I love having insurance with State Farm, Chris Cutler’s office in Spokane. The staff there is absolutely amazing, know their service, and are so helpful. They saved me $14 per month for the exact same insurance. The process was super easy and I barely did anything. Thank you Chris Cutler, State Farm !!!

  From my personal experience I would highly recommend Erin Strunk and Chris Cutler at State Farm Insurance. They were not only kind courteous and professional with Me and handling my policy but were also very fast and prompt with getting my information that I needed, contacting the people that they needed and getting back to me. The best part is they were able to get me the lowest price for my personal circumstances.
