  In our opinion, Crystal McCall didn’t know our property, she substantially overpriced it to get the listing, her marketing strategies were virtually nonexistent beyond ineffective open houses, and the result was predictable. Not a single offer, not even a low-ball, bottom-fishing offer even though we lowered the price by $30,000, installed a new roof, and put in a new air conditioner while on the market. Her explanation for not selling the house was that “the right buyer just never came along.” Really, Crystal?!
