  Just purchased my fourth home here in The Villages and choose American Portfolio Mortgage for financing. I only wish I had known about them for my previous purchases. The service they provide is top notch and actually made the process enjoyable and a great learning experience. They are experts in the field and forthcoming with all the information you'll need to get the best financing that fits your needs. This will be my fifth mortgage so I have experience with many companies, all big names, and none of them come close to the great service I received from American Portfolio Mortgage.

  We have purchased 8 homes over the years. The experience we had with Steve, Melissa & Chris was by far the best. They facilitate a cumbersome process into a seamless event. From start to finish the communication, clear instructions, & ease of paperwork was extremely efficient-dare I say, ENJOYABLE.
