      Jared settle, I believe he is one of the tellers if not one of the managers, is very inappropriate. After leaving the bank I later received a text message from him (did not give him my number personally) telling me I looked fantastic and that he really appreciated my scent. I just found it very odd and unprofessional he would locate my phone number and reach out to me without my consent. If I had the patience I would and still may report to corporate.

      This bank does not have a coin counting machine. The woman behind the counter told me she would have to count the money in between customers and I'd have to wait. I have been a customer of regions for years.... the fact that she couldn't take the few minutes devoted to me, after I did in fact wait my turn in line is poor customer service. Between this and several other poor customer service experiences, I will be looking at banking elsewhere. Very disappointing.

      My debit card had fraud. It was extremely stressful as they emptied my account. I immediately called the bank and Bridgette helped me through the steps. Even though it took a bit to correct the situation- Bridgette remembered it all. I didn't feel like just another customer with a problem. Which, was the only comfort I had at the moment. She was the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!

      My wife and went in to open an account and were greeted my a teller named Jared. Jared was professional until he made a comment in regards to my wife’s cleavage. Although it was in a joking manner and we chuckled, both my wife and I found it very inappropriate and unprofessional.

      Do Not Do Business With Regions! Where to start... they rip you off with the refer a friend program, never received a $50 Visa card, they closed my account without my knowledge and my social security check was returned , which means my bills will all be late! How will my kids eat? They could careless about their customers!

      Deposited check this past Saturday, 25th. Was told the system was down and rebooting so no receipt available and would post once it was done. Three days later they have no idea of where it went according to the bank. Bank response was sorry your money is gone.

      I had a wonderful experience with Carol, the branch manager. She really goes above and beyond and excels in customer service. I highly recommend this branch for business and personal banking.

      The staff is very nice but never have I been told I can't wait at my bank when it was only a couple of mins from opening this is the only region bank that told me this

      Just cant seem to get my check cashed at lunch, atm rejects check and I literally got older waiting inside to get it cashed.
