  Ive always had a good experience with them. I purchased and pawned some items in my time of need. I have this gold heart necklace that i purchased for my birthday back in 2013 that still looks bomb to this day. I will be up there this weekend to see what else i can find.

  Great service. Great appraisal! You can even negotiate. This is the best pawnshop ever in DC. I was not able to renew or pay interest for one year and yet I was still able to get my precious item back. This is much better than other pawnshops in DC.

  I've been a customer for over 20 years they have great customer service, low interest rates, wonderful selection of jewelry, games, movies and other items. I wouldn't trust my keepsakes to no other pawn brokers. I recommend Crown to all my friends and family.

  The place is small. Thats not a deal breaker, however that means a lot of stuff is hidden in storage. I was looking for a guitar hard case, and instead of showing me what they had, they kept blocking me with "then you'll have to bring your guitar over here to see if it fits". And couldn't do anything else. I know the measurements of my guitar, so i could have identified a rectangular one with ease. Are they afraid i am going to come back to say the case didn't work for me and wanted a return ? Well, that was a deal breaker and decided not to come back for any of the tempting stuff i found.

It is honestly the best way we have made customers happy over the years and im sorry that didn't work out for you.   Whoever complains about this place is probably trying to sell $100 guitar for $100, this pawnshop has the fairest prices and contracts I’ve ever encountered, and the best customer service Mike and his team will treat you very well, thanks guys for the continued awesome business!

  Terrible experience. There is a lady here in her 50's or 60's with all white hair, and by the way she talks she's either the owner or management and her attitude is horrible. Some people think they can treat others like they are less then human, she's one of those people.
