  Joel and Maddie helped us to buy our first house in MD. They were just so great to work with and they are there to help you to get the lower payments and interests. Because of their quick turnaround, we even closed on our first home one week earlier than the anticipated.

  We just closed on our first home last week and the process was extremely smooth. Joel was fantastic in helping us get approved and without his diligence and knowledge we do not believe the process would have been as smooth. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and available. He was able to make sure we had all the required documentation up front and were only asked for one additional piece of information in underwriting. Without his knowledge and hard work I know that part of the process would have been a lot more hectic. If any family or friends find theirselves in the market for a home it will be our pleasure to recommend them to Joel.

  As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, professional, and genuine loan officer than Joel. I really had no idea what I was doing in terms of home buying.
