  I've bought and sold home for almost 20 years in Loudoun County, and Brian is by far the best mortgage lender I have ever worked with. Thorough, communicates everything in advance, has tremendous experience and shares his perspective all along the way, and most importantly, he gets it that buying or selling a home is a big deal for the individual involved, so he goes out of his way to make it as smooth as possible, and ensure the overall experience is positive for you. Highly recommend Brian if you want to be treated right.

  Brian helped us through what would have been a terrible time without him there to guide us. We bought our house sight unseen and we were unable to travel to Virginia to do the paperwork. Brian got everything figured out for us. His products are all easy to follow and very informative. He is especially knowledgeable about local home values, which is one of the reasons why we went with a local lender, like Brian. After taking to the big lenders and being frustrated about their lack of overall knowledge, Brian and his team were a breath of fresh air. I would use their services again without hesitation. Although his company sells your loan within a month or two, Brian is always available to answer questions, and even sent us paperwork to help us with filing our taxes. He really does provide worldclass service and he has competitive rates as well.

  Brian was recommended to me by a few friends who'd had very successful experiences with him as their mortgage broker. He has been helpful with my many questions regarding refinancing and confusing condominium issues. His response to inquiries is always and thorough and his patience with my slow understanding of mortgage finances is always helpful. He is one professional who always does what he says while providing advice beyond the scope of what you ask for.   My husband and I have worked with Brian on two separate loans; a home loan for our primary residence in 2016 and refinancing our rental property last month (April 2018). He was the consummate professional both times. His level of detail, response time and follow through truly are impressive. He made sure he, or his team, communicated and explained each step of the process. I almost worked with a different broker for the 2018 refi, though attempting to work with that other broker made me really appreciate the level of service that Brian offers. Brian has a level of personal care and commitment that's just unmatched. In the end, I went with Brian for the 2018 refi and saved a significant amount of money since his fees and rate were better. He also went out of his way to make several key decisions along the way that saved me money without me even asking.   I could not recommend Brian more highly. It's rare to find someone who is as thorough, as responsive and as kind and considerate in any business. Our real estate agent and our seller's agent thanked us for choosing Brian because he was such a pleasure to work with. Brian was often more on top of what was going on than anyone else. He was incredibly responsive, took the time to explain everything, persevered through a somewhat complicated pre-approval process, would reach out just to check up and always had everything handled incredibly quickly. You just literally can't go wrong with choosing Brian. He is an absolute pleasure to work with in what is often a pretty stressful process. We would hire him again in a heart beat and will certainly be recommending him to everyone we know!

  Both my realtor and the sellers' realtor basically forced me to work with Brian because they knew he'd handle everything expertly, quickly, and professionally. I was going to go with a large mortgage broker, but he worked with me to make the fees equivalent, and I saw why the realtors wanted him- he was great. He answered my emails within minutes usually, clearly educated me on the best ways to get my mortgage and maximize my rate, and was always open to questions. I highly recommend Brian- he's smart, an advocate for you, and gets things done quickly and efficiently.

  As one who does loans with a vast number of lenders, I can honestly say that working with Brian has been one of the easiest transactions of late thanks to his expertise, excellent communication and pure professionalism driven only by that which is best for his clients.   We have worked with Brian twice now, once for a home purchase and then a refinance of the original mortgage. Both have been very painless. His communication is impeccable and it keeps you feeling like the process is being well managed and moving forward (even when external factors and normal bureaucratic hiccups happen). I'd recommend Brian to anyone looking for a new loan or refinance.

  There is good reason Brian has 100% five star ratings. The process with Brian and his team was quick, great, and pretty much as easy as can be. Brian is honest, very attentive, and quick to respond to all questions and inquiries. Overall just an awesome experience. I will never get another loan from anyone else, at least until Brian retires.
