  I recently purchased a condo and worked with Caliber Home Loan company on my loan process. Purchasing a property can be a busy and at times stressful experience for the buyer.   I cannot say enough about working with the Washburn team. From the top down, they are all subject matter experts that don't make mistakes. The results speak for themselves, as a first time home buyer, I submitting paperwork for the pre-approval. Once we went under contract, we were asked for documentation once. At closing, we were done in less than 30 minutes. Both the real estate agent and the title attorneys cited the work of the Washburn team for such a smooth transaction. When making such a big transaction, the only consideration should be accuracy and competency, whether dealing with Chris, Jeff, Charlie, or Amy, you have dedicated professionals that combine the care and experience to help any buyer through the process. I was originally anxious about the process, to the point when it went so smoothly I started having the "alarm didn't go off" type dreams in the week leading up because I felt I didn't really have to do anything, it was really that simple and easy with the Washburn team. If you are going to buy in a competitive market, you need a local lender that gives agents confidence that deals will close and close without issue, look no further.

  We just completed a refinancing and the Caliber team made the experience very efficient and stress free. They also helped us line up a HELOC lender that offered a great rate with no closing costs, making the experience much better than expected and one that will save us even more money than we thought. Highly recommend this team. And I never do these reviews.

  Very patient and thorough. Jeff Morelli, and Chris, were fantastic to work with. Jeff spent a lot of time walking me through all of the details, and was always prompt to answer all of our questions. The whole process was smooth and easy, thanks to this team. Approval and closing were fast and the whole process was very organized. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a mortgage.
