  I love Crown Bank. I had accounts with mayor banks and I am glad I switched to Crown. Zulay, Rosa, Michelle and the tellers are very helpful. Definitely recommend them.

  They refused to cash a check and gave me no explanation as to why. I left and went to the Crown Bank on Elmora a little over a mile away and they cashed it. Don't go here, they will not be helpful and waste your time, goto the bank on Elmora instead!

  A small, sad little bank, way behind the competition. I had an account until they started dinging me with monthly service charges. Don't be fooled folks, you can go to a credit union and get a FREE checking account. Why give your money away? Good riddance.

  They are like family. Always respectful and i like that theres bairy a line and they have coffee i can sit down and relax while they do they job for me.

  Every time I call, I get rude associate on the phone. If you are not happy find some where else to work. Great Customer Service is very crucial to be successful.
