They took care of me every step of the way, answered all my questions immediately, and managed to get my loan closed in under a week, and during the holidays!   They got me a good rate then assigned my mortgage to another company. I was told I could pay down my mortgage and reamortize. The company they stuck me with will not properly receive or forward my reamortization correspondence or cash my mortgage payment at the new lower rate. I have been told different information by many different people. Some said they received my paperwork then others said they didn’t. Several told me I could scan and email it. Then another said they needed hard copy which I sent in twice already. I asked CrossCountry to undo this assignment and they refused. Buyer beware.

  My loan originator Kyle Bogardus was exceptional. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and to advocate for me during the underwriting process. He was always responsive and worked tirelessly to close the loan.   Bought my first home and refinanced with the Richter Group of CrossCountry mortgage and they were great from start to finish.   I'm a veteran and a full-time student graduate student, and I had a difficult time being able to afford a mortgage and getting a bank approve me for one, but CrossCountry Mortgage got it done efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend.
