  We purchased our first home with Matt and the HomeSure Lending team. They were absolutely outstanding to work with. I was warned by friends that mortgage lenders need documents sent 5 times, they ask the same questions, and we would deal with plenty of different people who don't know our situation. HomeSure Lending was nothing like that. The process was easy, straightforward, and hassle free. Matt's team was super responsive and worked seamlessly with our realtor despite us being out of state. Our realtor and lawyer, both real-estate veterans, commented that it was the easiest loan funding and approval they've ever had with a purchase, and we were first time home buyers! Matt's team took the time to explain how the process worked, why we were getting the best deal, and guide us through every step. We'd recommend HomeSure to anyone. Thanks again Matt and team!!

  HomeSure lending was absolutely fantastic throughout every step of our housing search and mortgage process. They respond extremely quickly and efficiently to all requests. For example, we needed a pre-approval modification to match the asking price of a house multiple times and they responded in under an hour every time, even on the weekends which is so important in the Ann Arbor housing market. We were also first time home buyers and they explained every step of the process. I can't recommend them enough.

  I am so happy that my husband and I decided to go with Homesure Lending for our mortgage. We were first time home buyers and they walked us through every step of the way (including when we were literally half a year away from buying our home). They answered all of our questions and were very easy to work with. Their online portal was wonderful because it allowed us to transfer information and documents back and forth simply. Matt, Gina, and Amy, you were all so nice and helpful. Thank you for making the process as pain-free as possible. We are delighted with our new home and it is all thanks to you.

  Just wow. The team at HomeSure Lending exceeded any expectations I had about getting a mortgage. My last mortgage experience was rigid, frustrating, and totally impersonal -- but that's not how HomeSure operates.   I first heard about HomeSureLending on MGoBlog's MGoPodcast. When I was looking to buy my first home, I figured it wouldn't hurt to give them a call. I could not have asked for a better overall experience working with Matt and his team. HomeSureLending has now helped me with both a primary mortgage and a refinance, and they have made both experiences as easy as possible for me. I love that the team at HomeSureLending is so responsive. Whether it's over text, call, email or Slack, I always get a response right away, even when I ask seemingly complex questions. It really feels like my loan is getting a lot of personal attention. It also doesn't hurt that Matt is a huge Michigan fan. Go Blue!

  There is not much I can say that hasn't been said in other reviews. I heard of HomeSure Lending via MGoBlog, but I didn't want to be sold by just an ad. After a few emails back-and-forth with Matt and the team, I knew I could trust HomeSure. HomeSure helped me purchase my first house and made the process understandable and streamlined. Highly, highly recommend.

  This is the lender you want. I was a first time homebuyer this summer and I bought a house backwards from what I was perhaps supposed to do; I got my lender before getting a realtor. But because my lender was HomeSure Lending, it could not have gone better. I even went with a realtor HomeSure suggested to me, who like HomeSure, turned out to be completely trustworthy and great at getting me a home. This is not to say I simply took recommendations without question. I did my homework on how to make sure you're being treated properly during this whole process. HomeSure lived up to my expectations at every step. HomeSure Lending's team was very communicative and proactive about creating an environment in which I could ask questions and always know where we were at. It saved me a lot of stress and wondering if my loan would go through as a first-time buyer. They were honest and timely, too. I didn't need the quick turnaround with closing on my home, but if I had, they would have gotten me there. They had me ready long before the closing date, and this is something a lot of other buyers will end up needing. Plus if you're a Michigan fan, Matt who owns HomeSure (and worked directly with me among others on his team) is becoming a bit of a celebrity through MGoBlog and local sports radio, which is cool to see as one of his clients. I've been in my new house for nearly half a year now and can still say that the whole process worked out great.

  Matt was able to get me the lowest rate and without many of the fees that banks and credit unions were charging. Also, the communication was excellent. Every question or concern I had was addressed within the hour. I highly recommend contacting HomeSure if you are purchasing a home or need a refinance. Simply put, they are the best!
