  Shelly is helping us to buy a home in the short amount of time we have to move from our current home. I started with a different loan company, and decided to switch, when they did not help guide us to make the decisions needing made. Shelly has accomplished more for us in a few weeks then the other company did in a few months. We are very satisfied with Shelly's professionalism and work to help us secure a mortgage for our home!

  I Do NOT Trust them…. I was trying to refinance with LoanDepot. I was told they did not need to do an appraisal so I would Not be charged the $495 fee. Then on 9 27/21 my credit card was charged the $495. They are not honest. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks not to get credited back. I was supposed to close on the loan 10/12/21 but I put it off until I get credited back the $495. Scott H and Nolan K both told me it was submitted for a credit but I was later told that someone never submitted it to be credited until last week. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have NOT received the $495 back. They falsely charged my credit card this…. They lie and now I have to stay over with a different company to Re-Fi…

  Ryan was knowledgeable and helpful from our very first call. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions. It was great to work with someone that was able to explain the ins and outs of what we were getting into. Ryan also went the extra mile to make himself available during the evenings and weekends which was a huge help and contributing factor to our offer being accepted.
