  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Working with Jeff Berthiaume was wonderful. We have worked with a lot of brokers over the years and Jeff is the best of the best. He works out something like 7 different estimates for our initial purchase, and 4 for our refi. Every estimate was worst case scenario in terms of how much money we had to bring to the table to close so we ended up paying less than we expected each time. Jeff is honest, hardworking, responsive, and trustworthy and he has a great support team.

  I had a really great experience. I was able to talk to my lender Scott, explain my situation, and he immediately began to sort out details and go to work for me, truly impressed with his professionalism his sense of understanding and his urgency in getting everything done as fast as possible. He is a true professional and great at what he does. In addition to that I was impressed with how the team resolved the issue behind my paperwork not arriving on time. Heather came over to my house on a Sunday morning to ensure that all signatures were gathered not to delay my wire transfer and closing. They really went above and beyond.

  Buying a home in another state comes with a lot of anxiety, and rarely without some type of issue. This move had plenty of both!
