Bethany Boyle5I went into the branch to get one thing done. Luis was able to not only help with the one task, he was also able to get me a better interest rate on my vehicle and a better monthly payment. The process was painless and quick and he was so professional and kind!! I love this branch and will continue to do my business here

Diego Otero5Alex Phan- has to be the best of not one of the best financial representatives I've ever worked with. He made it very easy, Quick and painless. Very understanding and explenative. Doesn't cut corners and is straight to the point. Best of all he has good true intentions. Not just out to get your money or some good points from the company. He honestly enjoys helping people put their money where they need it most. Very genuine person and great employee.

Olivia Soto5My first visit to this location went amazing. I went to open a checking account and inquire about a few other things. I was helped by Luis R. He was very friendly and professional. He made us feel very comfortable, he didn't speak to us in a condescending way (as other bank representatives have in the past), and I would recommend him at this branch to my friends or relatives. Luis answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the services CUA offers like different accounts, loans, and CDs. I definitely will be going back to this representative if I need anything else or have any other questions. 10/10 experience.

Natalie House1Trash. Rude and inconsiderate. I have been with Credit Union Of America since I was 18 (so 16 years), my mother was a member of their bank until she passed a good 25 plus years. So many years of loyalty and business through them. I have NEVER been late on a payment or missed a payment, and I learned today that does not mean anything to them. They are turning into a cooperate bank, not a Credit Union like they used to be. So horrible.

Kelly Copeland5I can't express how appreciative I am for Cresit Union of America. They honestly are here for their members and want to help in any way they can. I came in for an auto loan that I was getting the run around from my other financial center and the dealership. Alonso stepped up and took over for me to finally get the info I needed to get my auto loan transfered. Alonso and Tonya were so helpful, I am so thankful!! Highly recommend CU of America to everyone!

Audy Murphy5This review is specifically for Luis Rodriguez Vara. Recently, my wife and I have gotten hit with multiple frauds. This situation had me enraged, to say the least. Luis, has walked us though all of this with consummate professionalism and real compassion. Not matter how loud I got, he understood it wasn’t directed at anyone other than the thieves. He stayed cool, and helped me regain my composure. Luis, is now my “guy” at CUA. CUA, would be wise to have him become a model for training. Others could learn a lot!

Ylaria Pronounced E-lah-D-ah1Rude loan officers and they charge you for everything. Never banking with them again. Meritrust has way better customer service and doesn't charge extra for anything. Also NO coin machine anymore

Random Watcher3I've normally had great service at this credit union. However, a recent incident forces me to cut what would have been a 5-star review in half. I recently made a massive payment out of my checking account after verifying online, over the phone, as well as in person that all pending deposits/withdrawals had cleared and to make certain what balance was in the account. I then proceeded to make the aforementioned massive payment. Two days later after the payment had cleared and another tiny payment had cleared, I received two overdraft fees on my account, despite the fact that the account balance never went below the minimum required balance. This is despite the fact that I have a 5-figure balance in other accounts that are readily visible anytime a CUofA employee logs in to the system to check this particular account. Obviously I have the money available, but they still wanted to try to scam me out of a measly $60. After calling the bank and waiting on hold for over an hour, I spoke with someone who seemed to have absolutely no clue what was going on with my account., using vague terms like "it looks like there was still a slightly positive balance in the account (obviously she knows the exact dollar balance, why not just say that?)." After giving me the runaround for 10 minutes she offered to correct the fee charges as a "one time courtesy," but this was only after I threatened to withdraw my 5-figure balance from the credit union entirely. They were completely unprofessional and tried to scam me out of money, but I wasn't having it. If you know what you're doing financially then you shouldn't have a problem, but otherwise I'd utilize this institution at your own risk. I'm sure this was just a one-off bad experience, but it has seriously tarnished my opinion of this credit union.
