Her knowledge and understanding of everything to do with mortgage loans and realty shows! She will listen. She will get you the best loan. She will work for you! She truly cares! You can check out other lenders. But when you realize that the other lenders won’t work as hard for you, won’t go the extra mile for you, and get you in you new home in 30 days…you have to ask yourself why even work with anyone but Tracy Ryan? She’s the best!

  Tracy Ryan is amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to get me approved for an amount no one else could. She worked late into the evening for me knowing full well that I could have walked away at any time. She was kind, courteous, and patient with me through all the obstacles and questions.   Turner Williams at United Fidelity was truly the best lender we could have asked for! We are first time home buyers and he made the process so easy and straight forward. He made sure to always be available for any questions, no matter the time or day. He worked hard to get us what we wanted and even took a couple hits for us. He was able to get us to closing on time. He has been so great to work with and we highly recommend him and his team!!

  Uses covid as an excuse for zero customer service. Refuses to work over the phone. Demands that I play email tag with them "for my convenience." Thank goodness they are selling my loan. Finally something they can do that IS convenient for me!
