RODNEY GUEST5Accessible door's ('O') my that in it self is great I mean whenever you visit this place you stand there and their is a button on your left and when you press it (2) door's not (1) but (2) door's open at the same time WOW if all doors was like this going THROUGH all doors would be worth it now the staff on hand is both very knowledgeable curtis and understandable mask O now masking is top priority here 😊👍😁👌 and I from what!! I have seen all the staff on hand do indeed mask their windows in excellent shape and clean as well as the whole entire environment it self...
Response from the ownerThanks, Rodney! We appreciate you sharing this with us and are grateful for the opportunity to earn your business.

Austin Jones1Their "promise" is To create a better future by acting with courage and integrity alongside our customers and in our communities. We stand ready to serve.... I didn't feel like they worked alongside us and and the were not ready to serve us. As a customer in need we didn't seem to get any advice or help when we really needed it. Could only post if I gave a star so there it is. But we won't be doing business with Fidelity ever again after our experience.
Response from the ownerMr. Jones, we're certainly sorry to hear this. We understand our bankers have been in contact with you and appreciate the opportunity to have served you.

Michael McClure1In general Fidelity is a great bank with great customer service. This particular location, however, consistently has the longest wait times in the drive thru. If you want speedier service here, definitely go inside.
Response from the ownerMichael, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced longer wait times at our Downtown drive-thru. Our goal is to provide quick and accurate service at all times, including in our traditional drive-thru and through our Interactive Banking Machines. We will share your concerns with our retail banking team. Thank you for choosing Fidelity and know that we use candid feedback like this to improve.

Tre Peckat5I have had a mortgage with them for about 17 years. Interesting, and very positive, thing from the start: they serviced it instead of selling it off. They are a bank and honor bankers' hours which can be frustrating, but their customer service is fantastic. But I had a pretty bothersome hick-up: Recently, they contacted me to refi the mortgage they are carrying to lock my interest rate in. (Interest rates aren't great, but I was looking to lock in my ARM). I went through the process under the impression that it was pretty much a slam dunk. After submitting perhaps dozens of documents and forms, we were coming to the end of the application process when they had me pay $450 for an appraisal under the impression it was a formality because I know it had appreciated considerably since I bought it. Then they rejected me for a reason they were aware of prior to charging me for the appraisal. I was very dissatisfied and expressed it. But the VP of mortgage lending contacted me directly, apologized and made things right. I have been a customer for a long time. I highly recommend using local banks over the behemoths for reasons like this. I highly doubt Chase or BoA would have done this. They will always have an opportunity to have my business when they are an option.
Response from the ownerWe appreciate the opportunity to make things right and continue to earn your business.

Kerry Smith2I've had a loan here for over 16 years. Purchased second home, did not use Fidelity. Now selling home that has loan with Fidelity and will not use Fidelity again. Interactions with and decision by management and leadership is too cold and greedy for my bones. Only reason I give them two stars is that there are a few good associates and customer service folks that try to make a difference.
Response from the ownerKerry, we are sorry to hear that we have not met your expectations and will not have the opportunity to serve as your financial partner in the future. We do appreciate you taking time to share your candid feedback and the kind words about our customer service staff.

Kandi Turner5I brag about Fidelity Bank to whoever will listen! They have the most outstanding customer service; I feel more like a friend than a client. Kaleb, Sharon, Sara, and Cole have just been truly remarkable.

Lynn Davis1My mortgage was sold to this bank and all we get is a bill for late charges, no statement, no escrow balance, no interest rate. To boot, we had storm damage and it's taken 2 weeks for them to endorse insurance check and send back to us. We still don't have check. Husband has called and emailed and they're very slow to respond. I couldn't post unless I gave one star.
Response from the ownerHi Lynn. We're sorry to hear this, but understand that you have spoken to a member of our customer service team. Thank for you sharing your experience.

Logan Shevlin1I would not even give this bank one star if I didn't have to . This is the worlds worse bank !!!!! My bank sold my mortgage to this bank a couple of years ago and I have called them about four times about my PMI insurance and every time I call they give me the run around as to when it is to drop off. I get a different story every time. They want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They are liars beware !!!!
Response from the ownerLogan, we're sorry to hear this and would like speak to you about your experience. At your earliest convenience, please call us 1-800-304-6161 and ask to speak to a manager.

Cheyann Travis5Fantastic customer service in all aspects of this bank! Whether I'm inside the branch, using the very convenient extended interactive banking hours in the drive through or being assisted by someone in the call center, every person I have come into contact at this bank is absolutely fantastic!

Kevin Kim1Worst finance company I have ever used. Online service suck and when you call to ask for assistance ALL of them tell you go to lionsbank and click on the link on the top right corner. What Link?? Make the long story short.....very uphappy with their service and said I would finance with another company and I was told "OK". Asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there wasn't one available. This company does not believe in customer service and I will NEVER EVER USE THIS CRAPPY COMPANY EVER AGAIN. Do not make the mistake of using this company!!!!
