  I was very apprehensive and embarrassed when I first met with my counselor. He made me feel very comfortable and eased my apprehension. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood how the plan was going to work. I couldn't be more pleased with how it has turned out for me. I feel so relieved that what I thought was never going to be paid off has now been taken care of exactly as I was told it would be. CCOA is so helpful and non-judgmental. They truly want you to succeed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  $700+ a month in credit card minimum payments to $260 a month..... 500 credit score to 700 + credit score.... THANK YOU CCOA for saving us from the brink of financial ruin.

  Great professional organization! Recognized as one of the BEST non- profits in Arkansas. Also, they do counseling in other states and assist Veteran groups and as well as individual Veteran counseling. These guys- (CCOA) are caring professionals. They have helped hundreds of people get out of the burden of debt and turn their lives around. CCOA is a member of the BBB and NFCC. Their fees are very NOMINAL for the debt reduction services & credit counseling they provide to their clients.

  The counselors of CCOA take the time to help their customers with a realistic plan of action for resolving debt. They help with student loan debt, identity theft related debt, and referrals. Fort Smith and Fayetteville both have office locations. Please use this service. They are honest, caring and professional unlike debt consolidation places that take people's money.
