  This has been the absolute worst car buying experience of my life. I paid $6,500 down on a car that's only worth $8,000 and somehow I still owe $8,000. I'm a single mother and had my baby at the dealership with me when I was signing papers. She was crying and I feel like I was completely taken advantage of because they told me to sign the papers or they would rip them up and I wouldnt have a car at all. I was told I was paying 19% APR when really I'm paying 29%. I unknowingly bought a two-year warrenty on my car as well. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing how badly they screw people over.

I highly recommend Credit Concepts Inc, disregard the questionable reviews as this was by far one of the most profoundly positive experiences in auto finance. 10/10

  Paid off a 07 Mustang. Not really sure why this place is even open. Will NEVER do another loan or business here again. Interest is $4 a day so by the time you make your 270$ payment you turn around to make your next one a month later and it is basically canceled out. The whole process from the start with them was wishy washy and numerous times we were told different pay off amounts then it some how spikes up by $1,000? No thank you! I was glad to sell the car and pay it off so I didn’t worry about them. Their interest is crazy and their whole way of operating is not professional. I would ask for a credit union before I ever even think about CC again. Not that I will ever consider them.

When you purchased the vehicle, the interest is stated on the legal contract with the Dealership, we support customers with lower credit scores that wouldn’t be accepted by traditional lenders so the interest can be higher than average. While we can’t get into the particulars of any account due to privacy, we would like to follow up with you and review the signed contract and if you have questions.   I called to see if I could pay my car on August 6th because I had a financial set back. My husband was in hospital and had to pay a portion of hospital bill. Due date for car is the 16th of every month and I have paid the car on time and sometimes early every month for the last year. So I ask for them to wait for at least a couple of weeks to pay them in full but nope they want at least 182 by Friday. I can’t wait to pay off car so I don’t have to deal with banks like this that can’t wait. Glad the other bank I have my other car with happily accepted the delay.

  I was financed within mins. It was the start of a great business relationship. Between 5 jobs, 2 states and 3 cities, Credit Concepts was there for me along the way! They worked with me when I was waiting on that job offer, when I had to move back home. They reached out with those friendly ”reminders” to keep me on track with an excellent payment history. My run with this company has come to an end as I have just traded in my car, however, I will never forget how awesome the team at Credit Concepts is. My new finance company has some big shoes to fill!

  Do not buy a truck from credit concepts. They lied to begin with. I returned there truck to find out that they raided my interest to 29 percent. So now instead of owning them 1300 I woe them 7k. This is the worst company I have ever felt with.

  My husband and I have been working to rebuild our credit (he incurred a lot of debt after his first marriage ended and I was young and dumb). At the time that we sought to get a vehicle loan so we could obtain a vehicle that would accommodate our large blended family, our credit was still considered poor and no one wanted to help us. Credit Concepts stepped up. They helped us in a time when we needed it the most. We have had this loan for almost 1 year and during that year we have had a lot of hardships and struggles, but Credit Concepts has worked with us at every turn. Yes, when our payments are late they charge late fees...they ARE a business after all, not a charity and I have no issue paying a late fee if we are making outlr payment late. I have always recieved stellar customer service and we will definitely contact them for our next vehicle loan when the time comes!

  I have horrible credit (young and dumb decisions to make up from) and they were able to finance me for a fairly decent rate on a 2007 Infiniti G35. I’ve never had an issue with them, they always go out of their way to explain the why behind any questions I have and have made understanding the whole financing process ten times easier. They are always helpful if I need to make a later payment than usual and are always super understanding!

  I was paired with Credit Concepts via auto loan; absolutely love the relationship I have had with Credit Concept....can NOT say the same with the car lot! I didnt believe my financial situation would allow a loan and a year later, I have moved my self into a 2019 vehicle because credit concepts was willing to give me a shot. Christina treats you as a friend or family member; always helping with a smile in her voice while explaining options if life happens and payment arrangement is needed or just a payment reminder.

  This place is worse than a Credit Collection company! All they care about is their money, and do not care what happens in your life or obstacles you may face. Even when they're getting paid off, they still harass you, constantly, and you're literally explaining the same thing, over and over and over, to multiple people. Who just don't care.
