mike larson1If I could rate it 0 I would for the purpose of Kimberly being the worst teller I have dealt with in my banking career. I can't believe she is employed and in front of customers. The drive thru teller saved the day and was great to work with but unfortunately Kimberly ruined this experience. Use the drive thru of at all possible!!

Nina Lange5When I experience an exceptional customer service, I can't let it go unacknowledged. I have been a Sterling/Banner client for about 8-9 years now and I have been treated fairly throughout the years. But today during my errand, I came in the bank with a bag full of coins and was hoping to get larger bills for it. Turns out the branch didn't have a coin counter. So instead of sending me away with my coins, Ms. Kathryn compromised and insisted on counting the coins WITH me. It took us a while to get all the coins counted, but the fact that she took that extra step in assisting me surely made my whole experience exceptional.

Paul Howard5I love Banner Bank. They have regular staff. Always friendly. Eager to help and all out a wonderful place to open and have a business account. I don't like credit unions because they never have or keep tellers there. I like familiar faces and I am greeted every time I come in!
