  As a fellow real estate agent buying an investment property, Heather went above and beyond what I even thought was possible even with all the experience with other lenders I have on the agent side. Heather methodically provides for her clients (and myself!) very well. She knows what matters and to be there when it counts. Heather was personable, directly talked to me and cared about what my needs were, and closing on time especially within the time crunch was reassuring. I feel very confident that I had and do have the best of the best with Heather as a Mortgage Lender-- especially with helping others within the same industry.

  Heather and her team had helped me previously with a home purchase. 4 years later, it was my first refinance on another home. I contacted Heather it was was so easy. Her team kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer any questions or quell any concerns. I received a better rate and my monthly payment went down considerably. I even received cookies delivered to our doorstep! I highly recommend Heather and her team!

  By far the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. Heather was on top of everything that needed to be done and always responded quickly to questions and concerns. my deal had many roadblocks and delays and she helped me through them and was very patient and informative. I would not hesitate to use her again and highly recommend her services. if you want the best possible home buying experience you need to give Heather a call!

  Heather has been absolutely amazing to work with! She was there every step of the way from getting pre approved to closing on our house and she will continue to help and meet with us yearly(if you choose to do so) for the length of the loan! With the crazy house market, Heather always made sure we were one step ahead so we could get our offers out as fast as possible. Also being first time home buyers, we didn't know anything. She was so informative about all the processes and what should and shouldn't do. We honestly would have been lost with out her. We highly recommend her to anyone who's in the market for a home loan.

  I really enjoyed working with Heather. Although we never got a chance to meet in person, we were able to communicate everything over the phone in order to help us purchase our first home.   I wouldn't have my house if it weren't for Heather. What a wonderful experience it was working with her. She was so professional and on top of every item, even keeping ahead of my real estate agent. From the first contact with Heather, and even up to today, 9 months later, she has always kept the lines of communication open. My escrow was a bit challenging when the first seller and seller's agent were so uncooperative. Heather helped me through cancelling the first escrow and opening the second. Everything fell into place and she was always ahead of the game with what we needed to get this escrow closed. She was even there when I signed my loan documents! I can't say enough about her. I will never use another another lender and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who has any type of mortgage need. Thank you, Heather. I will be forever grateful!

Always quick to reply and answer our questions. Expedited our closing in order to wrap things up before I traveled.   Heather is great! she help us finance our first home. we had a IDA saving account to pay for the down payment on our house and she helped us to get the money from NEDCO. if you have a IDA or any other help from a program she is the person to go. she will find the way to cover all the organization requirements so you get to use that money. Thanks Heather!
