  FRAUD! Report U to Credit Bureaus B4 billing U. So I submitted proof to Credit Bureaus payments were already made, the charges were removed from my Credit Reports, & not givn these A-holes a dime, no matter how much they bill me - they can't "re-report". Hah hah!

  Credit Center Inc is a very professional and astonishing company. I have been working for the Credit Center for 2 and a half years and I can honestly say that it has been the best company I have ever worked at. The environment is welcoming and the employees care about helping debtors get any unpaid medical bills resolved. Every debtor is treated with respect and in a professional matter. We always do whatever we possibly can to help the debtor and to answer any questions they may have. The managers care about their employees and are very understanding when you have any personal issues. I have never felt that I could not talk to management. When you work here you gain a work family. I highly recommend this company.

  The people here are so unbelievably rude. I called to ask a question because I had just found out about a bill placed into collections and the man yelled at me multiple times, claimed they had spoken to me and sent letters in the mail (which wasn't true) and would not even let me speak. Every time I tried to say anything he would cut me off and tell me that I was wrong. They were also very unwilling to work with me for a payment plan or even allow me to ask any questions about my own bill. I am so disgusted by this company and the service provided.

  I had the worse experience on the phone with a rep from CCI. I received a bill for a Medical bill that I never knew was even open from a surgery which took place over a year ago. I called to inform them that I will be disputing for now until I can find out more since I never ever received a bill or a collection call from the Medical office prior to receiving a bill from them. the response I got from the rep on the phone was "we'll they did the service and i'm sorry if you didn't get the bills but we have the same address they do and they billed you monthly." Clearly she did not hear a word I said and was argumentative the second she answered the phone. Can not believe how RUDE she was and this is what represents this company.

  Scam Artists at best. Called my daughter to settle a bill. She paid them over the phone and they charged her card more than the amount they discussed and that she authorized. Reporting fraud and calling Attorney General office.

  DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! The worst place to work and very unprofessional. The management is horrible and they do not know how to run a business. I was mistreated as a employee. I showed up to work on time everyday and did my work. I had a family emergency out of town and called out on a Tuesday and said I would be back on Monday. I showed up to work and they fired me for “not calling out properly”. They do not care about anyone’s personal life. My mother has stage 4 cancer, and they used that against me. They said due to her illness they felt I could not perform my job correctly. The drama is the worst I have ever seen in a workplace and management knows about it, they are actually the cause of most of it. The manager talks badly about the staff behind their backs to other staff. It is absolutely disgusting what goes on in this place. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

  Horrible. Would not accept my payment over the phone because it was “too small”. Mind you, it was $25 on a $580 account. I have other medical debt in the 1000 + range that will accept my payment. If you are a doctor that cares about your patients... DO NOT USE this company.0

  SCAM. I received a debt collectors bill from them stating it was from an urgent care of Connecticut, and I have never been to an urgent care nor hospital in Connecticut before, EVER. Seems like they are just trying to steal people's money.

  I have worked at credit center for a little over a year. I can say it is one of the best companies I have worked for. Management cares about your personal life and provide schedule flexibility to ensure their employees are happy. Credit center makes it a point to help all debtors regardless of their situations. They provide awesome account management and flexibility on all levels.

  The worst people in the world to deal with. Michelle is an incompetent, rude, miserable human being. My wife paid the hospital directly a month ago and this creature continues to harass me. I will be filing a civil suit if I get anymore calls.
