  Payment processing is a nightmare. They post late or not at all and ear lots of late fees. Now I pay $10 fee to pay via phone to make my payments and I assume I will pay more fees. I consider to refinance to get rid of the bank.

  We need to collect signatures to file a class action with this banking institution, they touch your money, they charge you late all the time, you pay on time and for some reason the payments never come in when you make them on the website, but nevertheless you pay $ 10 When you talk to a customer service and casually I pay if it is processed and everything is to generate the late charges for me they do it on purpose to overcharge you all the time, their staff are quite bad but rude and polite when they Let them know what is happening, they are allowed thieves and the accounts are always one way or the other, you never finish settling them. There are always hidden charges and they are trained to take money from the client. Always never in favor of the client.

  I call today and every time I call I use to get a lady well this time I got a guy that was so rude!!! I was calling to make a payment arrangement for my last payment so rude! I do care about my credit score, but if I don’t have the money to pay it off today there’s nothing more I can do. He wasn’t willing to help me. Even tho I talk to someone 12 days ago and they did accept my payment agreement. They need to get there things together. Yes I have been late on my payments, but no more then 30 days and I am paying late fees.

  They are the worst company. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm never late on the car payments, but they seem to never be able to process my payments, though I use the same card information since I started paying them. Now, they are apparently having problems with it and are trying to blame it on me saying I didn't put the information right. Well I'm sorry to burst your bubble because I'm literally using the same card which I saved in the freaking system since day one. It feels to me they are just trying to steal money from me. I literally have all the notification numbers and payment screenshot.

  they had my payment from moneygram in limbo since august. They repod my car this morning based off that. They claim they have operating hours on Saturday but it is an answering service. This company has been bought out by a corporation out of the netherlands, they are operating in walnut creek without a business license. The corporation has been bought out 3 times since 2015. No notifications. When i reached out to moneygram they said the company had not picked up the payment. I am reaching out for any lawyers willling to talk to me as there is more fraudulent activity with this company. I have witnesses of their lies and proof of conducting business illegally. I have all address of the locations they claim as well as screenshots of non existent business rate types. This com[any needs to be brought to justice

  They took nearly a month after I paid off my vehicle to work with the state to get me my title. Was not able to sell my car without getting loan to pay off my car via mail and wait for a title vs a physical location.

  I have never been late till this month. I got stuck out of town for work long then i thought. So they called me. They where really rude when i refused to read my debit card # over the phone while driving my truck. I was told i did care about my credit score or responsibility because i said in 2 days when i got home i would handle past & present bill. They are the crazy one demanding i read 16 digit # driving 80,000 pound down the road. Now there on line systen isnt working & they want to charge me a huge fee to pay over phone. I cant wait to get away this company.

  I wish I could rate zero stars. Horrible customer service, it sounds like when they hire someone they pick the most un empathetic rude people out of the bunch. Everything is a "no we can't do that" there's never a time I called and got good customer service. After calling in to explain a late payment to them about a family member dying i was told that the death did not matter and basically told to screw off. Never get any loan from them ever. STAY AWAY unless you like getting bullied and walked on by this company if you can even call this a company it's more like a bunch loan sharks.

  CRB Auto has been very good to my wife and I. They've demonstrated a willingness to work with us when we've run into a snag ( a couple of times), easy to get a hold of and prompt to return our calls. Whenever there was a potential problem with a payment, we were alerted by CRB auto in which we had time to make adjustments in which we were able to fulfill our financial arrangements. Thanks!

  Worst bank ever. Do not use. Ashamed that Toyota uses this bank. You can't pay more than $2500 a month and have to pay by check for payoff. They are stuck in the dark ages. Half the people said I can use bill pay from BOA. They still have not said they received the check.
