  nothing but problems.I started my loan with Jacob, I have had more problems with missing paperwork. even after sending it twice, they lost it. no one communicates. after 2 months of missing paperwork my name being spelled wrong setting up meetings with notries and still having the paperwork wrong. and now they leave off half of my property so now my loan is going to go up. so much for the savings. they have been the worst company I have dealt with for refinance. as far as I am concerned you should just run from these guys.

  UGH!!! These guys are HORRENDOUS!! Customer service is the pits. They lose & misapply payments without a care & their service guys treat customers like they know nothing...even when we have loads of documentation in hand. We provided proof of cashed mortgage checks only to have them tell us they couldn’t find them & we’d need to pay again...every day for a MONTH!! If you want to be spun round & round in stressful circles & pay double for fun, this is the mortgage company for you! 😝
