  Craig was great during my refinance! I had a very unique situation that Craig worked with me on and in the end, I saved more money than I was anticipating! I am a very loyal Navy Federal Credit Union member and when their refinance rates were just not there and their closing costs were incredibly high, a friend of mine told me to try talking to Craig. I closed on my refi quicker than I ever could have with NFCU with a lower rate and thousands less in closing costs! Thanks Craig!

  Craig was awesome. The entire refinancing process took about three weeks and that was with him SUCCESSFULLY appealing our initial appraised value amount.   I've done two transactions with Craig - one a refi that I helped my friend with and also the purchase of a house. I couldn't be happier with his service! He made things as easy as possible, stayed on top of what was needed and when, answered all my questions very patiently and gave me excellent advice!   Craig has now helped me purchase two homes. Both times, both rates were low, the closing fees were lower than I expected, and both loans closed on time. I will NEVER use another mortgage broker because Craig is so responsive. In a competitive market like Denver, the ability to be in constant contact with your broker for pre-qual letters is essential, as you often times have to bid immediately. Craig was by far the most responsive part of my entire home buying process. His service is unparalleled.
