      We were given this information from my mothers fidelity advisor to speak with a CPA regarding her 401K. The receptionist was rather rude and unwilling to provide minimal assistance to understand our needs. She made it appear that the firm was above assisting your "average Joe" and would be far too busy to take on a new client despite us not wanting long-term care. So, I guess this firm only caters to million dollar accounts and large corporations. We were simply looking to pay for a consultation regarding a small caliber question about withdraws and tax brackets regarding a sizeable retirement account. Our business was happily accepted by Baratz & Associates.
