  Was an existing customer, have always paid on time and responded to one of the hundred offers they’ve sent me. Thought I’d payoff a few things and have a little extra cash for the holidays. Was told I was approved and we could close the loan only to then have several calls go unreturned and finally got someone on the phone to be told there was actually nothing they could do. Absolutely outrageous, I have never been treated more shabbily in my life.
