  Katherine was nothing short of amazing from the start of the process through even today. You can tell that she is not only professional but that she genuinely cares about the individual people that she works with. I can not tell you the amount of times I had a question for her, which she met every time with a smile and an answer. She was personable, caring, and most of all supportive always sure to keep me in the loop of what the next steps were.
