  I was rather overwhelmed by the whole process but Rob is very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He listened to me and answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. His enthusiasm is unmatched. Listening to Rob talk about mortgages is like listening to your best friend talk about their favorite sports team. He worked hard and I'm very grateful.
