  Not helpful at all in the Essington branch going to change banks I just got rushed off the phone and it's not the first time The Ridley branch is much better but I dont live close to them anymore .

  I like the bank, I like the people and I like the service. I do not understand how anyone can build a new bank without an ATM. This is the 21st Century. Who does that? Also, you can only go to certain Wawa ATMs or you get hit with $1 charge because they only have agreements with certain PNCs at the Wawa's. I plan to keep my account but start a PNC Account and gradually move my checking account over. This way I can go to whatever PNC machine at ANY Wawa I want. I liked them better as a credit union.

  Trying to refi our house but Jean never gets back to us. My son left her a few voicemails but she never returns them. Terrible customer service. I guess they don't need our business, time to look elsewhere.

  The teller Lauren that works there is extremely rude. I’d avoid her if you can. Always on her phone, and has a attitude.
