  I tried to cancel the credit monitoring service I was using (basically because it is free everywhere anymore) and the gentleman was very rude when I called. He asked questions without stating they were being asked to verify myself (like my employer and former employers which was strange to me because I provided my name, address, social and other items). I asked to be transferred to a supervisor no less than 4 times because he was getting me frustrated and he hung up. I called back and spoke to someone else and she asked a different set of questions. All this appeared very shady. If you cannot provide better call centers, maybe you should provide ones locally and give them a try. Never again.

  Was not comfortable talking with the Rep. they asked for SSN and First and Last name which is normal, but then asked about my mailing address. I have never had to give a mailing address to anyone when inquiring about my credit or any other personal information.

  I tina price donts gives none of yall clients permission to use my private information my name ssi number my dob. My temporary address. I wasnt born where they say. THEY HAS TAx liens that's thier problems. They needs to fix thier own tax liens they has .and had in the pass The price families members to. They donts has my permission to use any of my personal and private information that's my indenity and they use any its indenity thefted. The irs and all the credit unions they needs to gets all them people with tax liens straight and fix thier tax liens I'll Never ever brought no house in my name of tina Lee. Yall wonts finds my signature on no deeds of any of thier homes. Likes Tina walker and John walker tina walker had worked for the win family service program and used my private information stolen my indenity. By using all my information she had from her job.shanine borum has giving janell batchelor my private Information over the phone while I where sitting nested to janell batchelor. She didnt have my permission ats all.i wouldnt gives janell batchelor my personal information so she did over the phone .she also didnt haves my permission to use my personal information. And William Anthony price he dont haves my permission to use my personal information. Thanks you Tina price.

  I've been to Transit Union credit in the past no I'm not a member if you want to know the facts about your credit report they will help you far as my experience customer service was very excellent I learned a lot that day got my credit report

  Their customer service is nonexistent. and their website it's even worse you should be able to put a security freeze on your credit report without bs . In New Jersey at 2006 law states that credit bureau's cannot charge you to put a freeze on your account nor are you required to give them a credit card to do so that is the law don't let them talk you into something if you live in New Jersey you don't need or don't want. I'm not sure if there's a charge to remove it. Also you shouldn't have to set up an account with them to have the service done even though they say it's free. BS. My advice put a freeze on with the phone call and hopefully someone from the other side of the world will give you some customer service. I

  If only I could give them a negative rating! Why do you, Transunion, make it so difficult to dispute an account? Your site is definitely NOT user friendly, and I wonder why. It is obvious that you do not want consumers to have the right to dispute inaccuracies, not to mention that your customer service is a joke. Thanks for nothing, Transunion.

  I signed up for a free 7 day membership. There is no where on their website to cancel! You have to call a customer service # (during certain hours) and when I call during that, It gives me a recording saying "There is no one available to take your call, please try again later". Well I'm trying, and can't reach anyone to cancel! And I just got notified they directly withdrew from my account for membership. Nice work TransUnion! Do the math, sucker 1 million+ people into free 7 day membership, don't let them cancel, charge them $17.95 and what? let them cancel NOW? I bet I'm in for a lot of time and effort to cancel. I sooooo regret this "trial".

  I got billed monthly twice for $19.95. Granted, I do not even have an account with Transunion. I use Credit Karma, which is supposedly a free service. I called support to cancel my account, but they were unable to locate it after providing my information. I will end up having to dispute this with my bank.

  Transunion is the worst of the three credit reporting agencies. My credit score went down when my credit card balance went down. Go figure!

  Had to fight like crazy to get my credit fixed. Once they finally did it they removed a good line of credit I had from my file too so once again trashing my credit and completely admits no fault in the matter and refuses to fix it. Held hostage by businesses.
