  Absolutely the worst banking institution I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only is it run by corrupt union leaders who get arrested about every 5-8 years, but their customer service is non-existent. Moved and tried to update my address. Had to fax, yes FAX, my request in. Nothing happened. Faxed it again nothing happened. Called at 2pm on a Wednesday, nobody was there to answer the phone. They suck. Stay away.

  I have been a member of BHCU for over 10 years, but I just recently closed my other checking and savings accounts and now only use BHCU for all of my banking needs. They always provide exceptional service and offer the best rates around. Everyone is always so friendly and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the best financial experience. You never have to wait long to be helped by someone on their team! One of the best banks I’ve banked with in a very long time.

  BHCU is pretty awesome! They do quarterly give backs that give you back the $2 a month fee for checking. Also have all kind of great loans and incentives. I originally got my car loan from them and have used as a main checking account ever since.

  BHCU's friendly and excellent service is a compelling reason to join and remain. The staff knows us, and that makes a huge difference to us. Yes, a few processes might be improved, but overall BHCU is competitive with other financial institutions. We are completely satisfied. Jack Satterfield

  Tellers nice enough, but executive in Hummer H2 "TOO SHEA" likes to push people off the road on his/her way home on 291 industrial highway westbound. Edit. 2021 now it's a new, black souped up pickup truck. Still driving aggressively.

  Walk in and try to obtain a membership and work around the corner they thought I was not telling the truth their standards are to high for new members horrible strict service new members should be first
