  Eric Richman played a pivotal role in getting us the house we wanted! He went above and beyond every step of the way. He was available after hours and provided fast turnarounds on approval letters, etc. In 2020/2021, the market was crazy, but his fast response times, expertise, diligence, and communication with listing agents kept us competitive. He also helped us find the best-priced home insurance when we were getting quotes double what they would have been a year or two ago. An amazing guy to have in your corner.

  Eric was referred to me by my building inspector. He was one of 6 loan people I spoke with to refinance from my building loan.
