  Accommodating staff, helped me out tremendously when I needed a lost debit card replaced from out of town. Kenisha and the girl teller that answered my call were professional and truly saved my trip from being hell. The service I was provided made me never want to leave PNC . Thank you both.

  a bit too nosey on what I do with my money. I was questioned where I was traveling to when withdraw only $9k cash🤦🏾‍♂️. They're nothing but a middle man as the sheep to Big Brother, Patriot Act.

  I closed a safe deposit box at this branch months ago. I gave them the keys to the box and signed all the necessary paperwork. The branch manager assured me that it was closed. Months later, I get a bill from PNC for renewal of this safe deposit box. I called PNC customer service who told me to call the local branch to verify that the safe deposit box was closed. I called the local branch who told me to call the PNC customer service number who had just told me to call them. Then she said that she can't verify this information over the phone for security reasons. Since I had moved away from the area, I went to another local branch who told me that the box is still active and they will contact the PNC branch manager to find out more.

  This Bank Is great my card got hacked and one of the staff members,Help me dispute all the charges and get me a new debit card in the same day,Highly Recommend anyone to go here Staff is Amazing.

  AVOID THIS BANK AND BRANCH AT ALL COSTS!! Completely dishonest. I opened a joint bank account and credit card when i turned 18 and was entering college. I was completely upfront with why I wanted to open a credit account (to build credit) and they affirmed this was a good way to do so. 4.5 years later, after taking my mom off the account, i tried to pay my credit card bill only to find out the card was never officially in my name. And, although the plastic card had my name on it, i was at no point in time building credit. Thanks to the staff at this branch i lost out on gaining credit for over 4 years. the staff was dishonest from the start!!

  I opened up a account yesterday with Kenesha she was very helpful to every question I've asked & was very nice She has an Very positive personality I will definitely recommend this Bank to more people 💪🏼💯

  I went to this Pnc Bank and the staff didn’t help us like she was suppose too, our appointment was at 12:30 pm we sat here until 1:00pm before another lady came to help us. Where’s the old employee’s? Comeback Please!!!

  Usually very bad service, guy from bank promised to call back, but there was no calls, when we asked for help, he said that they working by appointments that day but actually branch was absolutely empty. We had a feeling that we need beg them to take our money. After few visits we decided to switch to another branch.

  Pnc bank on Chester Pike is it. The workers are friendly and it's great to be greated every time you enter. I had one problem ever at the bank. It was resolved quickly and I would recommend any of my family and friends to Pnc. Keep up the great work !! Tracey Jefferson
