  I had a really great and easy process with Africa Gibb and her team. I was having problems at another home lending company but I got recommended Cornerstone Home Lending after being denied elsewhere. They helped us get our home when I thought it wasn't possible so of course I'll give them 5 stars.

  Not happy at all with their services . They asked my husband to pay of some debt he owed , my husband went ahead and did it . When he called them to let them know he paid ahead of time so they knew we were interested and not playing games they called and said we would not pass because I’m self employed .... why ask for us to pay things off and then in less then 12 hours tell us we don’t qualify because I’m self employed . You knew that at the beginning of our application. They just wasted our time !!!! Poor service

  I am truly blessed for the assistance I received from Africa Gibb and her team at Cornerstone. I wasn’t really in the market for buying just simply because I did not want to deal with the long process as I had experienced in the past. From my realtor Ash Medina to Africa herself I was reassured that there was help and that they were there to make it easiest as possible. COVID really made 2020 a difficult and gloomy year but these amazing women really instilled a confidence in me and helped me find my dream home in a sleepy county town. Thanks to Africa’s help I did not have to put anything down.

  I could not give this company more compliments. . I had started my mortgage with a different company but since I had not been in my job for at least two years given that I have been working abroad for the last 21 years, I was disqualified because they could not factor in my variable income. My realtor recommended that I contact Africa Gibb at Cornerstone lending. From that moment, and being less than three weeks away from the original closing date, I had nothing but an effective friendly and very professional service. Veronica Garza later got involved in the process and I received the same kind of service as I had been getting from Africa. I can only say that this group of women who happen to work on my mortgage we’re not only highly professional, very friendly, always available, and guided me every step of the way! I will recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs a mortgage for a home. The rates were also extremely competitive. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you for your amazing service !

  Working with Cornerstone and Esperanza homes was a great experience. They helped me out throughout the whole process as best as they could and answered any questions I had immediately. Cornerstone worked as best as they could with me with issues that came up on my part, thanks to them I was still able to close on my home. Great experience over all, highly recommend.

  Oscar helped us getting our home and again with a refinance this year. We are very happy with our new loan. It can be somewhat hard to get a response quickly but Oscar is definitely very helpful and will take the time to explain all the concerns you might have. We know where to go in the future when we need to get another loan. 👍

  Truly a great experience working with Mr. Chow and his team at Cornerstone Home Lending. I truly recommend their services since they make sure to keep you inform throughout the whole process along with getting the closing Done in a timely fashion.

  With Cornerstone Home Lending, my husband and I were able to close on our first new home. The agents were available to us and answered all questions we had. I especially liked that they kept us updated with any information we needed in order to close and they were available via phone and email.
