  Working with Vijo was a Dream come true. Being a first time home buyer I thought it was going to be difficult and a long Process. I have heard stories from others how tedious the process can be, but Vijo gave a great impression the first time we met. He explained all the process and made me comfortable going forward. He is so knowledgeable and a very honest person. If I haven’t met him I would be still thinking about buying a home. He also got me the best interest rate available on a VA loan, I even checked with some of my Veteran friends and they were all amazed with the rate I got.   Mr. Vijo Varkey provided exceptional costumer service. Was available at all hours of the day, including out of office hours to answer questions we had. He took his time to explain and made sure we understood the whole process, remarkably honest.   Best Mortgage lender in Texas!! If you are looking for the lowest mortgage rate and an exceptional service Nexa is the one. I was approved with different lenders but Vijo gave me a monthly payment lower by almost $150 and way less closing costs than I was thinking.
