  NRL is the best! I loved working with Rolando, he was always super professional and was always available when I had any questions. Just went I thought we would not be able to close on our house before Christmas, Rolando and the NRL team made a Christmas miracle happen.   I'm a first time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. Rolando is the best person to help you thru the whole process. He went above and beyond in explaining everything.   We had a very hard time getting a mortgage loan. We went to 2 different banks (including my own)and tried 3 website, none were able to help us, and just by chance we drove by NRL mortgage on mccoll rd and my husband said let try one more time. Im glad my husband didn’t give up, we met with Rolando and boy will I forever be grateful for him. He did everything possible to help us, answer questions we had at any hr of the day and always keeping us updated. We felt Rolando went beyond any other loan officer did.   As a previous home owner I found that working with Rolando I had a better understanding of how the numbers are put together. He was available 24/7 by text calls and emails. Very friendly and patient. I highly recommend!
