  Took my elderly mom in to cash a check which my name was not on the check. I was asked for my name by two of the cashier. Not sure why exactly my name was needed to cash my mother's check. Once the check was verified my mom was still taking thru red tape to get her own money. Please get more training or shut down soon if you can't treat all customers the same.

  THE HOURS OF OPERATION TO OPEN IS 8AM. THEY DID NOT OPEN AT 8AM IT WAS AFTER 8AM. I WANTED TO PURCHASE A MONEY ORDER FOR 20 DOLLARS AND I HAD MY BANK/ DEBIT CARD! LUZ TOLD ME I NEEDED A ID. I SIMPLY ASK ISN'T THERE A WAY TO LET IN MY PIN NUMBER AND SHE TOLD ME NO! I HAD TO ALL THE WAY BACK HOME TO GET MY ID. I WENT BACK TO GET THE MONEY ORDER BECAUSE I NEEDED IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SHE TOOK MY ID AND DEBIT CARD THEN ASKED IF I COULD KEY IN MY PIN NUMBER. BUT LUZ JUST TOLD ME THAT..KEYING IN MY PIN NUMBER WASNT POSSIBLE. I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE OPENING AND THEY CAUSE SUCH AN INCOVENICE FOR ME! WON'T NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!
