Before coming here I had visited two other Honda dealers, and in the end I decided to go with DTLA Honda because no other dealers could match their prices. Also Mario reached out to me several times to let me know everything about the car (he was very informative, honest and upfront). In the end he was also able to get me a great financing deal! Cynthia Gonzalez5This dealership is definitely a go to dealership. From my previous encounter at different dealerships I felt this one top them all. I called to ask for a trade in quote on a 2016 Honda Accord. Mario Medina was the sales person that made this experience less stressful. He explained everything to me not like my first buying experience at a previous Honda dealership. I didn’t feel pressured. He helped me stay on my budget. The finance manager Christopher Diaz was also very helpful. He made me feel comfortable talking to him and also staying on my initial budget. Overall all I can say is I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. This is how customer service should be.

Michael Lee4Excellent customer service from dealer, Matt H. I recently purchased a (white -- only color in stock) Honda Accord Hybrid from this dealership. Regarding the finance paperwork, feel free to question anything you may not understand, their explanation of the added GPS system (extra $1440) was a bit confusing, if not a bit misleading. Eboni Collazo1Honda of DTLA greatly disappointed today... sadly enough to lose my business for good. This was my third time coming in to discuss my lease options. During my previous visits, we could not agree on lease terms. This time, we finally agreed on lease terms after 3 hours. I started the process with the credit paperwork and asked for the car to be brought down. The car comes down in a different color - silver. I let them know that I want the white car, which is written on the paperwork with the agreed terms and a color they have in stock (I originally wanted black, but there were not any black vehicles in the make/model I wanted. Fine. Gave my second preference for white and last being gray - steel or silver). I was advised that the white color would be more money/different terms. Why? We already agreed to the terms of the vehicle. I would have accepted the silver, if they did not have white available (just as I prepared to do with not having black), but they had the white so I wanted my second choice/preference. I am told by the rep and manager that the white would be more money down because it's newer on the lot, whereas the silver has been on the lot for 2 months. To be clear, we are talking about the same exact car (year, make, model, trim, etc.) - only difference is the color. I mentioned the agreed terms to the manager and noted that the color of the vehicle is written on the agreed terms, as well. Had no response, other than the explanation of the white car being on the lot less time than the other. Shady and poor business practice. I've been loyal to Honda and this dealership for years, always make my payments on time, and excellent credit. At this point, I was entirely fed up and been at the dealership for 6 HOURS for nothing. All for them to pull the agreement over the color of the car. I requested my keys be given back to me, which took another 15-20 minutes. Wasted my time and entire day. Be cautious if you do business here. *Previous Review* Came into the new dealership twice (been to the old location, as well). Once to discuss my upcoming lease expiration and another for service. I worked with Danny the first time. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. We could not agree on terms, but that did not hinder my experience. I was happy to know my options and felt confident with all the info I received. That being said, I would recommend working with Danny. My issue is with the second time I came into the dealership. I went in for service on my vehicle. While waiting, I was asked by another sales rep (Vanessa) to discuss my lease options again. I agreed to chat while I waited for my vehicle to finish in service. Same situation (could not agree on lease terms), but this time my credit was pulled, although we never agreed to a new lease, purchase a vehicle, etc. To be clear, there is no issue with my credit being pulled. The issue is that Vanessa was dishonest about her actions and I asked her directly if my credit was going to be pulled prior to her pulling my credit (I asked the same with Danny and he assured me that my credit will not be pulled - he was truthful). She said “No. The credit will be run only if we agree to purchase/lease a new vehicle.” On good faith and given my prior positive experience with the dealership, I believed her. I received an alert the next day confirming that my credit was indeed pulled. I tried to touch base with Honda and Vanessa for an explanation and received no response. I’m disappointed by this experience, especially since I’ve been a loyal and repeat customer with this dealership and Honda for years. Not being able to agree to terms is one thing; being dishonest is another. I expected better and do not plan to return here.

Mayra Hernandez1We had good shopping experience But my 1 star rating is for the customer service that's provided after the sale. Or the lack of customer service I should say. Day of purchase they promise the world and how they will be there if you need them and blah blah blah. Empty promises, I've had an issue with my registration and after texting and emailing our sales guy I was basically left to figure it out on my own. Very frustrating and disappointing.
