  The teller and manager are sooooo mean, what the hack wrong with them I don't understand. It's so stupid reaction. I just try to get cash on my check. They made it so hard the only reason I don’t have account in chase . I don’t recommend to do business with this st*pid people , I just observe many customer is get same experiences by impolite and rude customer services... so what is the reson they act to bad attitude, and the black woman manager she also so rude about taking to me , she said stop outside of the bank and we are not negotiating, I said I’m not negotiating just wanna get my money .She told me to step out and leave infront of teller . Is it how you guys treating non customers. Not RECOMMENDED ...

  Very bad experience, horrible service. I was denied quarters. I walked in there and asked to change $20 worth of quarters, the guy told me he only had 10 worth of quarters, so I walked to the window next to the guys who helped me, as I'm walking I can see the guy who helped me tell the guy next to him something, I asked the second guy for quarters and he straight out said I don't have any. How disrespectful because I am watching this conversation go down between the two guys to just tell me they dont have quarters.

  Poor service. I went in for a simple direct deposit form and waited for over an hour. Highly understaffed.

  Bad Bad service at this bank chase location. l put my name at the list and l was waiting for 35 to 40 minutes and the employee suppost to help me she helped another guy and l told one of them thats not good and unfair and than l went to restroom for 5 minutes,and than she told me l called your name l thougth your left and she said now you need to wait let me help this guy first and than you okay. l was upset and l left that was first time at the bank for me.   The banker Cameron was extremely rude. Stared me down threw the slit through the slot and when I was singing he starting tapping his fingers against the counter... in other words to hurry up not giving me any positive interactions. This isn't how you should treat one another. I am not sure what I did but im sure didn't deserve that. While he was being just fine with everyone else.

  Believe the reviews. Drive three minutes south to Vernon Avenue and Crenshaw branch. Branch manager is awesome.

  This location is supposed to open at 9am Monday - Saturday. This morning I got there at 9:01am and they were not open! There was a line full of people waiting. They didn't open for 10 minutes. This is the second time that has happened! They have poor customer service and long waiting times.

  Worst customer service!! Came around 1pm and waited enough to leave and come back at 430pm only to be told they don’t open accounts after 5. The employee was extremely rude about it. My sister wanted to open an account with chase but after this she changed her mind about banking with chase.!

  I've been a customer with Chase Bank as long as I can remember great customer service any questions that I had it was answered any problems I had was solved very courteous and professional I'm glad I chose Chase banking first

  Be prepared to wait a long time if you need to sit down with someone. They only have a couple people attending to customer service, and they are slow.
