  Andrew Long helped me with my auto loan. I found him to be professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. The whole process went very smoothly. The staff at Consumers Credit Union are quite personable and helpful in general. This is something that seems to be lacking with many banking institutions today. I certainly appreciate their approach toward customers.

  Andrew at consumers is extremely professional. He goes above and beyond to help members capitalize on apy interest opportunities and spells things out in layman’s terms. Wouldn’t switch credit unions if I was being incentivized to do so. I am confident that consumers is going to help me achieve what is best for me in the long run.

  Don't waste your time if your bank account gets hacked they will not help you get your money back and tell you your no longer welcome to bank there. Happen to my husband yesterday after over 4 years of having the bank account. Very disappointed in this bank we used them after moving out of Kalamazoo because they where better then the banks in our town and they didn't even try to keep our business

  Verry helpful at call center I can be frustrated easily great job Ryan. At the branch Emma was so nice I got there so close to the end of the day but she said that she would be have no problem with it just because she didn't know me but didn everything she could great job.......

  I’ve been with Consumers CU for about 20 years and they continue to be my “go to” for all of my financial needs. I’ve established relationships with some of the team and it feels like family. I couldn’t recommend them anymore. ☺️

  I worked with Aaron today, opening my new account. I hate having to change, but you can only get juiced by your bank for so long, before you finally say enough.. Aaron was very polite, professional, and explained everything plainly to me.. I also got my Mother to start a new account with them, and he was very decent with her as well! She couldn’t brag about how nice he was, and wanted me to seriously sign up on my own. We are now with a new bank. Please don’t let us down Consumers Credit Union, Aaron, we look forward to working with you!
