  I've been an Honor Credit Union member for several years now and to see it grow and branch out to so many locations has been great. Especially because I've continued to experience a hometown, friendly environment everytime I've entered a new location. The Connect center is no different; friendly and kind staff, beautiful decor, and, my personal favorite, a convenient coffee bar. Still just as great as my hometown location.

  Mason and the Honor Staff provide a great working environment for entrepreneurs looking for co-working space. The free WiFi, coffee, and the ability to connect with like minded individuals keeps me coming back!

  Mason was extremely helpful in the process of obtaining the car loan. When my car came in earlier than expected, he stayed late on a Friday evening to process all of the paperwork and coordinated a way for me to pick up the check on a Saturday so that I could pick up my car on the weekend. Very friendly, helpful, and thorough.

  Friendly competent people that made the entire experience easy, fun, and quick. This is my local go to bank. Highly recommended. I dealt specifically with Amy and Mason on auto refinance, and they are top of the line people who Honor is lucky to have working there.

  Totally impressed!! 10+☆ service!! Just as with my mortgage, fast, friendly service. After my absurd attempt at a vehicle loan at Allegan Community Credit Union, telling me my loan would be 18.95% interest, AFTER we have been with them for over 10 years, plus have had 3 prior loans thru them. Honor did my loan at just over 7% interest. Honor made the ENTIRE process totally painless, non stressful. Absolutely AWSOME staff!!

  Trying to call them is horrible. Just tried to get a hold of them and we were number 17 in line to talk to someone. Loan rates are higher than most other credit unions! Have been with them over 50 years and going to switch to another Credit union where rates and customer service are a higher priority! Arbor is a lot better than them, for one example!

  I don't have a local bank and had a check from a company that banks with Honor Credit Union. A rep told me I could cash the check if I went to an Honor location. When I arrived at this "connect center" a staff member came up and took the check. She told me I could cash the check for a $3.00 fee if I had my ID. Then she explained I had to use the atm machine and talk to the rep on the screen...well then why is she in my space? Next the rep on the screen asked for the last four of my ssn even though my ID was already pressed against the scanner. She couldn't hear me well because some loud humming was around us (either heat, the atm, or noise cancelation machine?). Then the rep on screen said she had to have my full ssn to complete the transaction?! I said nevermind and went to walk out only to be pursued by the staff member. She then said I could cash the check if I opened an account?! Why would I do that when I just learned they don't respect recommended COVID precautions (a mask AND 6ft or barrier), give misleading information (more than once) and cause people to make unnecessary trips by providing misinformation. No where else charges a fee, requires an ID, and demands your full ssn...

  Great idea, but for a "connect" center the internet was incredibly slow. So slow I could barely load email. I checked the speed: 5MB down and worse upload. I do not know much about the bank but do not try to have an online video meeting here in one of their conference rooms. It will not work. I hope they can correct this very fixable problem so I can increase my rating later!
