  This is a great place to bank! Not only are the products and services top-of-the-line, but the employees here are wonderful to work with. They take pride in what they do and put in the effort get to know their members personally and figure out how to best meet their needs.

  Call center supervisor Veronica Baker threatened to close my account and mail me a check after refusing to let me speak to her boss. This all ensued after my wife and I had to call 5 separate times in an hour because they kept locking my debit card when making a mere $90 purchase. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she doesn't have to let me and then said she's closing it and hung up on me. They then called my wife and told her in order to keep the account open, I must be removed from the account. Needless to say, I will be opening an account with ANYONE other than them. Have had issues for years since opening and I am finally at my wits end. If you value your hard earned money, go anywhere other than Kalsee Credit Union.

  This branch should be open Tuesdays and Thursdays too. People do a good enough job.

  After over 30 years with this credit union we moved our personal and business accounts. They even messed up closing our accounts. Management needs to pay more attention to the people they make branch managers. Sad.

  Absolutely love the environment, very welcoming local credit union. I have been banking here for a little over a year now and I can really tell that the staff really cares about me!

  The employees at this credit union are extremely disrespectful. They are not helpful what so ever. I called and talked to a couple different people all of which were rude. I needed help with my account and paying it off, I was told I’d get a call back before noon. Never received a call. Had to call back again and again trying to pay off the same loan. I asked for an email confirmation that the account was paid and closed. I had to drive an hour out of my way to go to a branch to even pay it as they said it was my only way I could pay. The lady told me I’d have to wait over 4 days to receive an email on it. I told her I needed it today, as I paid it today. She then rudely said “well we have been waiting two years for you to pay this loan off so you can wait” I strongly do not recommend using this credit union for any type of loan or accounts.
