  I can not say enough good things about Consumers Credit Union - Milwood and Kim Ferris, Branch Manager. They have helped me through the process of establishing my business account with all of it's needs as well as helping me with automobile financing. They have empowered me to be successful and improve upon my financial condition.

  Consumers Credit Union really looks out for you and your finances, accounts. Especially when fraud occurs and answers your questions when you're not sure about something is legit or not. I've been with Consumers Credit Union since 2002.

  People at Consumer Credit Union were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only disappointment is that I didn’t understand the amount of the equity line of credit was based upon what I said I needed before the bank appraisal vs a maximum amount determined by the bank appraisal. I’m sure this will be explained to me as I begin to actually use the line of credit.

  Their customer service is lacking big time. I would recommend to just head to another consumer's, where potential clients, wanting to create a full banking account, can be serviced. Edit: Assistant Manager Leslie was very courteous and apologized for the hour long way. Nevertheless, the service from the other individuals was very poor.

  We spent over an hour with Leslie today. She went over all of our accounts with us. It was very beneficial . All members should go in once a year to review their accounts and update all info. Thank you Leslie!

  Greg and Leslie and Kim have all been Great to deal with. Consumers Milwood branch is where we deal with most of the time and the location, layout of the building, and the folks at the windows are all first rate.
