  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with my refinance with Richard and Aaron. At my wit's end during an almost-complete mortgage assumption with my current home loan, I called this company from a mailer I'd received in the mail one day. What had almost taken a year to complete, took CCS only 6 weeks from start to finish!! From that first call, Aaron made me feel listened to and assured me I was going to be well taken care of with CCS. Immediately, Richard contacted me and explained everything step by step and was always available with questions I had during the process; he also always called/text me once documents were sent, ensuring I received the email. I will definitely pass on these guys' contact info to whomever I run across wanting to refinance... Thanks again guys for all your help and getting me refinanced! Very happy customer!

  This was the best experience I ever had with a mortgage company considering we dealt with many. Jim Hammond took the time to explain and simplify the entire process. Most important, he calculated and compared multiple loan options and showed us the most savings. I highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Thank you for your help!

  CCS commissioned me to do home repairs for a client he was refinancing... come to find out it was not a done deal and homeowner decided not to sign and CCS did not want to pay for the repairs they told my company to do within a week for rush rush order and the homeowner says he's not responsible for paying because James Hammond told him "he needed the repairs and he'd take care of them" but never stipulated it was only free if he signed the refinance. I relayed to CCS and they told me go ahead place a lien on his property if that's what you need to do. Long story short I'm having to place a lien against the homeowner property in question and file complaints BBB and DBPR and others against CCS. let this be a warning to homeowners and contractors alike, Mr Hammond will order work done with no expectation of paying for it if paperwork isn't signed leaving homeowner with a lien or a repair bill and the contractor left to do all the extra leg work to get paid. I'd give minus 5 stars if I could. Not professional at all this outfit. CCS is willing to say/do anything to try get your refinance but if you don't close the deal they're willing leave you in a heap of trouble whether you're homeowner or contractor.

  Jim walked me through all the information on how the different programs work, documents needed and answered my questions. I now understand what my mortgage means to me and the interest rate is incredible!

  Took no time at all contacting me on a Sunday to talk about what kind of home loan he could get us qualified for the following Tuesday I gave him all of mine and my husband's information including our socials... all other Banks present you with a pre-approval within 48 to 72 hours a week has now passed and I have heard nothing ... very unprofessional

  We attempted to call Brittany Adams several times. We never pulled her credit report because we were confirming eligibility for mobile and manufactured homes; therefore, there was no pre approval to issue. If Brittany Adams would like to call back during business hours we will be happy to explain this to her.
