  Dan, Liz, and Michelle are amazing to work with. They made our home buying experience easy and quick even with my current circumstances we still managed to close on our new home! I highly recommend Dan and the concord morgate team! He also recommended Julia duke from Rock Reality as our realtor who ended up being amazing to work with and was there every step of the way!   Dan was very rude and unprofessional. I reached out to ask how much appraisals generally range and that I was looking to possibly go with a different lender than who I was working with currently as quickenloans tries to get 12,500 (after researching most places range between 3-5k for appraisals) he was rude and laughed and said "your looking for a different lender based on an appraisal cost? I said no for other reasons as well including grant options for first time home buyers he said he doesn't offer any grants and hung up on me after a rude Goodluck. Bad customer service. A grant wasn't a Dealbreaker bad service is.

  We worked closely with Dan and Michelle to get our loan closed, and they were nothing short of fantastic!   Michelle and Dan from Concord mortgage help my family out after a five-year battle with another Mortgage Company. This was not an easy refinance definitely one for them to put in their book as a completion and another satisfied customer. Their time and dedication to my specific refinance is memorable.   Tried the big names over the years. Concord Mortgage is the best I have ever worked with. They care about you and will get it done. They have your best interest in mind. Would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a mortgage. Update 10/16/19. Just had them do a refi to save more money and I have to say they did it again. Best customer service ever. These folks are awesome thank you Dan and Michelle for all your hard work getting this one done.
