  I have once again referred Katie Lawrence to a new home buying customer. I love the fact I can refer clients and know she has there best interest at heart. Finding the best options for each client that makes sence for them and one of the best problem solvers. I consider Katie to be one of the best professionls I deal with in my industry.   I was referred to Katie Lawrence from a good friend. After I had explained to my friend that another lender had seriously mislead me and dragged out the loan process only to end up with an unapproved mortgage due to land issues, I met with Katie. In a very short time she was able to remedy the situation and get the situation resolved through her perseverance, creative thinking and ability to work with many people in the system. She helped me close on a great home and I really appreciate the energy she demonstrated in getting the job done! I also appreciated the updates from Monica Elder as we worked through the process. The other lender I first worked with made me feel like I worked for them as I had to beg for updates. Monica worked for me and made me feel like a customer. If I didn't go through Katie and her staff, I would still be struggling with the other mortgage group. Thanks AmeriFirst!

  Lisa at Amerifirst was absolutely stellar. Do not waste your time with any other lender!! She was amazing at explaining everything and was able to get us approved when 2 other lenders would not. Not only did she communicate and keep us up to date during the process, but she also had us cleared to close in less than 3 weeks! Thank you so much Lisa for your excellent service.   As a Realtor, I work with many mortgage companies. Katie Lawrence and Treadstone Funding stand out above the rest. Not only do they make my job easier, reaching out to me to keep me informed throughout the loan process, they also provide a level of service to our mutual clients that is impressive. It's not uncommon for any real estate transaction to come across some hurdles during the closing process, but my experience has been that Treadstone overcomes those hurdles better than any bank ever could. There have been several times that a client has been unable to get their financing cleared through another mortgage provider, and I give them Katie's number, and she gets them to the closing table. I highly recommend Treadstone and Katie Lawrence.

  Both Katie and Jim were very professional and worked diligently to make our refinancing run smoothly. Because we were on a family holiday there was a glitch, but Jim helped us overcome it and we were able to close on the original schedule. Recommend them highly.

  My wife and I recently purchased a home through Treadstone funding and our experience was unbelievably easy and mostly stress free I mean let's face it buying a house is always gonna come with "some" stress. Everyone we dealt with at their Brighton office was amazing in terms of professionalism and Thier willing to help in any way they could.
