  A good credit union. I have been a member for 30+ years. Overall they are good. They have convenient locations throughout S.E. Michigan. My only complaint is they are very slow in getting you a new or replacement card. My debit card never made to my home. Not the first time this has happened. The problem is they use a third party to send out debit cards and pin numbers. So if you lose a card or I gets compromised it may take 7-10 days to get it. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in the mail. They need to be able to issue cards directly as a walk in not wait a week or two to receive a new card. But other than that they are an Outstanding top notch credit union. I have always been treated fairly. The staff at all locations are friendly and helpful.

  I have been with this branch of MECU since it has opened. They are very caring, professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I can't thank the manager, Carol, enough for helping me get my finances in order over the years. She has helped me rebuild my life. i recommend this credit union if you are interested in a banking institution in which the customer is treated as a friend, not just another person to be processed.

  Fast and friendly for all of our needs. Applied online Sunday night, got our loan reviewed and approved by noon Monday. Always knowledgeable staff whenever i call. Appreciate the way the branches work together.
