  Neil Shelton is a god among men, something like a spiritual entity in human form. It is my belief that he saw the dismal state of mortgage lending from upon high and declared war on poor service. He has anticipated all of our needs before we even know what they are. We are about 3 weeks ahead of our expected closing date. The fine work of our processor Charlene, who is more than likely a deity in human form as well, has made that possible. They have done an amazing job and I will speak highly of them until the end of my days. Upon the end of my days I will probably be greeted by the spiritual being of Neil in the afterlife. After much laughter he will hopefully help me finance my first Heaven Home, I would do new construction but then we would have to go to Hell to find a contractor.

  We worked with Eric Struchko of Compass Mortgage on our home loan. He & his team did a great job explaining everything & very fast closing. We actually bought our home from an investor & at closing said it was the fastest FHA loan he had seen. Would definitely recommend Compass & Eric to any one looking for a pleasurable experience in finding the right home loan.
